It is officially springtime. The kids are out of school and our schedules are altered a bit for the week. Work hours get shifted, and, in some cases, our fitness gets thrown out the window.But it doesn't have to be that way. Instead of letting chaos and boredom take over, get creative with the kids and keep yourself fitness-minded as well. Include the kids in your workout.
