On March 1, 2018, the American Legion and the American Legion Auxiliary celebrated the 99th birthday of both organizations. American Legion Auxiliary President Sidone Nichols presented American Legion Commander Tanya Whitney with a birthday cake. Present for the presentation were several members of the American Legion as well as the American Legion Auxiliary.
