St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church in Gonzales recently hosted a two-day Appreciation Lunch for the Men and Women in Blue who serve in Ascension Parish. Officers and staff from the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office and the Gonzales City Police Department were invited to attend and were treated to a meal of crawfish etouffee and all the trimmings.
